 I was wondering if you could report a Dark Phase of the Broad-winged =
Hawk that my kids and I saw on the Crooked Road on MDI at 2:45 PM. This =
is the second time I have seen the bird but this time he flew right =
along the road with us and we got a great look at him....  Let me know =
the best approach as this is a rare bird in the eastern range.... I do =
not have pictures but a great mental image burned in my brain...=20
