This is my first post and I am a computer nongeek. So I don't know
quite how to do it.
this bird has been visiting a neighbor's feeder daily. Are there
more birds with white feathers than usual?

I don't believe the list allows attachmets at all. Typically photos
are shared by posting a link to a photohosting site such as flickr or
pbase.

Subject: Report your fall sightings to NH eBird
From: "Bird Records" <BRecords(AT)NHAudubon.org>
Date: 25 Nov 2009 11:20am
The fall season ends on November 30 so please remember to enter your fall
sightings into NH eBird by the end of the month: www.eBird.org/nh
The NH fall sighting data are exported on December 15 for use in New Hampshire
Bird Records and North American Birds. Under the old system, New Hampshire Bird
Records could incorporate late sightings, but it will be very difficult to do
that now. We want your sightings so please make sure you have them entered.
Thanks!
The New Hampshire Bird Records Team
Note: If your current technology will not allow you to enter your sightings in
eBird, please contact us for the new reporting forms. Please don't use the old
forms or Excel template. Volunteers will enter your sightings in eBird and the
old forms do not have the information they need to do that.
