Highlights: GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE, TUFTED DUCK. 

Marin Co.

On Feb 17, (2) GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE were seen in a field in
Novato near Hwy 101. (Logan Kahle)
             
Sacramento Co.
--------------
On Feb 17, the a male TUFTED DUCK continues in the San Joaquin River
along Sherman Island Jetty Road.  (John Luther)

To reach the spot, from the east end where it intersects with 160 (at
3 Mile Slough Bridge), take the road south for 4.2 miles.  A green
channel marker #27 in the middle of the river and a pale green house
trailer across the river mark the spot.  This is 0.3 miles beyond the
