Alameda Co.

On Aug 1, a BAIRD'S SANDPIPER was seen at the north end of Frank's Dump West
at the Hayward Regional Shoreline. (Hugh Harvey)

On Jul 30, a juvenile SEMIPALMATED SANDPIPER was seen on the Albany Mudflats,
as the tide was going out. (Christine and Ted Koundakjian)

San Francisco Co.

On Jul 31, a pelagic trip from Half Moon Bay to the Pioneer Canyon reported
(2) COOK'S PETREL, (1) LAYSAN ALBATROSS, (35) BLACK-FOOTED ALBATROSS,
(40) ASHY STORM-PETREL, (1) SOUTH POLAR SKUA, (2) POMARINE JAEGER,
and (30) LONG-TAILED JAEGER. (Debi Shearwater)

San Mateo Co.
