In Lincoln County on the 29th, about 150 Great-tailed Grackles were recorded in
North Platte.
In Platte County on the 30th, a Eurasian Collared-Dove and a White-winged
Crossbill were observed in Duncan, and 10 Eurasian Collared-Doves in Silver
Creek.
In Lincoln County on the 30th, 5 American White Pelicans, a few thousands of
Common Mergansers, and 10 Townsend's Solitaires were seen at Sutherland
Reservoir. A group of 8 Greater Prairie-chickens was recorded between Sutherland
Reservoir and Hershey. A Black-billed Magpie was seen between Sutherland
Reservoir and Maloney.
In Lincoln County on the 31st, a Red-breasted Merganser was recorded at Lake
Maloney south of North Platte.
In Morrill County on February 1st, a Brown Thrasher was seen south of Alliance.
In Sioux County on the 2nd, 4 Black-billed Magpies were observed north of
Mitchell.
In Sarpy County on the 4th, a Pileated Woodpecker (also recorded on the 5th) and
3 Red-headed Woodpeckers were seen at the flood plain at Fontenelle Forest.
In Scotts Bluff County on the 4th, a pair of Barrow's Goldeneyes was recorded at
Scottsbluff Sewer Lagoons.
In Seward County on the 4th, a Prairie Falcon and 30 Lapland Longspurs were
observed north of Garland.
In Sioux County on the 5th, 40-50 Clark's Nutcrackers were recorded at Coffee
Park, and 12-15 Pigmy Nuthatches near Harrison.
In Lancaster County on the 30th, a Golden-crowned Kinglet was seen at Wilderness
Park.
In Douglas County on the 6th, 2 Wood Ducks were observed at Carter Lake in
Omaha.
In Hayes County on the 8th, 2 Eurasian Collared-doves were seen in the town of
Palisade.
