On 7/5 at Dashields Dam, 2 OSPREY (MVas).
BEAVER COUNTY:
On 7/3 at Hereford Manor, 10 PURPLE MARTINS with young, 1 OSPREY (MVas).
On 7/6 at at Raccoon Creek State Park, BANK SWALLOWS, BLACK-BILLED CUCKOO
(SD).
BUTLER COUNTY:
On 7/2 at The Birdwatchers Store along Route 108 outside of Slippery Rock,
sightings included 3 PURPLE FINCHES (MVas).
ERIE COUNTY:
On 7/6 at the David Roderick Wildlife Reserve/St Game Lands #314, 2 BALD
EAGLES (SD).
INDIANA COUNTY:
In Clarksburg this week through 7/6, PINE SISKINS continue (MC).
On 7/4 along the Ghost Town Trail from Rexis north to Red Mill, sightings
included BROAD-WINGED HAWK (KSJ).
VENANGO COUNTY:
On 7/2 at Oil Creek State Park, 2 BALD EAGLES, 1 CANADA WARBLER, 3 WINTER
WRENS, 3 VEERIES, 3 SWAMP SPARROWS, and more (RN).
WASHINGTON COUNTY:
On 6/30 near Canonsburg, 1 second-year BALD EAGLE (RG).
At the state gamelands near Bavington on 7/1, 3 PRAIRIE WARBLERS, 4
HENSLOW'S SPARROWS (JB).
WESTMORELAND COUNTY:
On 7/4 in Stahlstown, 1 possible male BLACK-HEADED GROSBEAK (LH).
Along Route 819 on 7/6, 1 BALD EAGLE (KD).
