Dallas County:
 A basic plumaged Red-necked Phalarope was found today, Sept. 5th at
Southside Water Treatment Plant in Dallas. It was in one of the concrete
ponds in the center of the facility. Two juvenile Roseate Spoonbills were
seen Sunday, Sept 2nd at Southside, along with an adult White Ibis. A basic
plumaged Eared Grebe was also seen. A Pileated Woodpecker was observed Sept.
2nd north of White Rock Lake. The bird was along White Rock Creek opposite
Goforth, North of Lanshire (Lawther). Both an Alder and Acadian Flycatcher
were seen behind the parking lot at Lawther and Mockingbird on Saturday the
1st. A Prairie Warbler was reported at Spring Creek Preserve on Sunday Sept.
2nd. Other migrants see there included a Tennessee Warbler. Migrants seen
Sunday at the Plano Outdoor Learning Center included Blue-headed Vireo,
Swainson's Thrush (call notes heard), Ovenbird, Mourning Warbler, Wilson's
Warbler and Baltimore Oriole.

Tarrant County: A probable COUCH'S KINGBIRD was reported Sunday morning from
the shore of Lake Worth in Tarrant County. The bird was seen moving down the
shore of the lake along Heron Road. When last seen it was approaching the
area of the "Castle". The bird was well described and photographed. An Alder
Flycatcher was also reported in the area.
